KeyCom helps The Sharing Center

KeyCom helps a remarkably efficient charity be more so.

You would be hard pressed to find a charity that delivers 90% of every dollar to its cause.  That’s standard practice for The Christian Sharing Center, and they are still striving to improve.  Most recently KeyCom was chosen to help in that pursuit by implementing a multi-site communications platform that streamlines the organization’s internal and external communications. 

The design was crafted by KeyCom’s Valerie Fosburgh and represents a mindful use of technology.  Valerie chose to deploy VoIP technology only where prudent, which saved The Sharing Center from incurring the various upgrade costs typically associated with a VoIP-only solution.

The chosen ESI platform is a masterful design which allows a client to deploy as little or as much VoIP as desired, and when desired.  The Sharing Center is now positioned to take advantage of VoIP phones, Video phones, Soft phones, Live Call Recording, Voicemail to Email, SIP Trunking, Access Control of facility doors, Surveillance Camera Integration, Presence Management & Reporting (Time Clocking), and more. 

Remarkably, KeyCom is able to offer this wide spectrum of applications from a single box made by ESI.  Better yet, at a fraction of the price to deploy those applications separately.  Hard to believe, but true, and that’s what KeyCom is about… Truth in technology.
